This is the hardest part, isn't it? My friends would say that I'm attractive, with a dry sense of humor. I dress well and carry myself pretty well. My home, which I own, was built in 1942, and while it's very well-built, I'm concerned about getting some things fixed up since a tree feel on it during a tornado a week after my mom passed. My work is in human resources, and I work at the largest indie publishing company in the world. While work always has its ups & downs, for the most part it's rewarding and fun. I share my home with my wonderful cocker spaniel, who is quite a little character. I've never been married, and have no children although I'm very close to one of my best friends' teenaged daughter (long story there). Love my church family, who've been really helpful while I was dealing with my mother's Alzheimer's and coping with her death last year. I'm also working on a degree on Christian counseling, focusing on women's issues. A loner at heart, I have some closer friends who make sure I'm not alone too much, and get me to the theatre, movies, shopping, all those good things.
